Posted on January 19, 2009November 30, 2019 by Roger Carr

Starbucks CoffeeStarting Wednesday, you can visit your local Starbucks and join the I’m In! campaign by signing a pledge to donate five hours or more of community service to the organization of your choice in 2009. Those who sign the pledge between Wednesday, January 21 and Sunday, January 25 will receive a free tall brewed coffee as a thank-you.

The “I’m In!” campaign is a joint effort by Starbucks and HandsOn Network to make it easy to participate in the President-elect’s call for national service.

The goal of the campaign is to raise pledges in excess of one million hours of service from all over the country.

Hurry to your local Starbucks and pledge your five or more hours of community service. Feel great as you drink your free cup of coffee because you are going to be making a difference.
