When Do You Give Thanks?

Posted on November 13, 2005November 30, 2019 by Roger Carr

Thanksgiving Day in the United States takes place this month on November 24. In many parts of the world, a day is celebrated sometime during the year to remind us to give thanks to those around us and to God for what we have. However, we should live every day as a day of thanksgiving. We shouldn’t require a special day to remind us to give thanks. It should be something we continually think about. The article "When Do You Give Thanks?" at http://www.everydaygiving.com/ezine/13NOV05.html discusses being thankful throughout the year.

While you are thinking about being thankful, I have a request. I want to hear from you. I would like to add your testimonial to the Everyday Giving website and other promotional materials. You can provide your testimonial in one of two ways. First, you can call us toll free at (877)429-2666 and leave your testimonial by voice. Second, you can send your testimonial via email to testimonial@everydaygiving.com. Regardless of the method you use, please leave the following information:

  • Your name, including correct spelling if leaving a voice message (I will use your first name and initial of your last name unless you instruct otherwise)
  • Website or email address you would like to be associated with your name (optional)
  • Contact information to use in case I need to contact you regarding the testimonial (It will not be used for any other purpose)
  • Your testimonial on what Everyday Giving has done for you
  • Thank you in advance for supporting Everyday Giving. It continues to be a pleasure to provide "giving" information and ideas to you.
